Indulge in award-winning restaurants, memorable meeting and event spaces, The Beauty Room, wellness centre, water salon and our own private marina.Our dedicated team are looking for charming and charismatic people to join our Front Office department as a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor.About the roleThis is a Full Time role.Reporting directly to our Front Office Manager & Night Manager.
You will be rostered to complete shifts as either a Guest Service Agent or as a Night Auditor, working the overnight shift.You will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in, and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay.
You will actively follow strict procedures with credit card and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy.
