Our dedicated team are looking for charming and charismatic people to join our Front Office department as a Front Office Supervisor.

About the role
This is a Full Time role.
Reporting directly to our Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager on Duty and providing guidance and leadership to our Guest Service Agents.
You will welcome our guests at check in, and attend to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay.

You will actively follow and enforce strict procedures with credit card and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy.
By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.

About you
Ability to lead a team.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred Exceptional customer service Energy and passion for the hospitality industry Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency in MS Office suite Proven ability in OPERA Impeccable grooming and presentation Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights If you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
