EVT is a proudly Australian-owned company with over 100 years' experience in hospitality, entertainment, and leisure in Australia & New Zealand.About the role…A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a passionate and highly motivated Night Guest Services Agent to work alongside our existing dynamic Front Office Team on a casual basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality all-rounder receptionist to join the hotel team.
You will be our guests' first point of contact overnight and manage the night audit reporting process.
This position is great for someone interested in a pathway to accounting/finance or wanting to grow their career and move into a Night Manager / Duty Manager position.We are after motivated #daymakers with flexibility in availability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings and weekends.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry and build on their experience.The role in brief…Be responsible for the reception desk and processing of night audit and nightly reportsAssist security with monitoring building securityAid in the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service is provided around the clockWork the unique night shifts at our hotel from 11pm to 7amCheck-in and check-out guestsYou will have the confidence, patience, and listening skills to assist guest concerns and resolve tasks when presented with challenging situationsReservations and upselling for phone/email queriesAbout you…An enthusiastic team playerSuperior communication skills (verbal and written)Experience with a Property Management System, in particular Opera PMS is highly desirableOpportunity for future career development and progression as we grow our businessIncredible team member discounts from your first day on the jobIf this sounds like something for you, please apply along with a cover letter.
