Employment Type: Maximum Term Full Time (up to March 2026 with possibility for extension)
Hours per week: 38 hours per week
Position Grade: Health Service Manager Level 1
Salary: $81,581.00 - $108,532.00 base per annum

About Parklea Corrections Centre: St Vincent's is contracted by leading service providers MTC Australia to deliver healthcare services at Parklea Correctional Centre – a major Sydney prison with custodial patients.

About the position: The Executive Assistant will provide effective, efficient and confidential support to the Parklea Operations team, ensuring optimal staffing levels and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Applicant will be required to obtain a Corrective Service Clearance NSW to take up this role.

Selection Criteria: Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.Tertiary qualifications and / or relevant experience providing high level executive support with demonstrated high level organisational skills.Sound diary management skills within a fast-paced organisation.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Maturity, flexibility, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent written skills with the ability to prepare formal correspondence.Experience in supporting executive committees.High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.Applicants that do not address the selection criteria will have their application automatically culled.
