Dispute Resolution Specialist, Personal Injury | Melbourne, VIC You'll be responsible for: Resolve customer internal and external disputes in accordance with internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures, and related policy documents.
Contribute to better decision making across all aspects of Customer and Operations.
Execute processes and procedures to effectively manage all complaints and disputes with Customer and Operations division.
Contribute to the strengthening of governance, risk management, internal control environment and the risk culture of AAL as it relates to Disputes and complaints.
Important to your success: Experience in a Dispute Resolution role within the insurance industry.
A suitable level of professional scepticism, being prepared to challenge accepted practice and/or encourage alternative views.
Understanding of the laws, legislations, regulations and prudential standards impacting insurance industry.
Able to approach a problem from numerous perspectives combined with flexibility to propose solutions that fits the division/organisation.
Objectivity and independence in the work and sound ethical and professional.
