The Senior Business Partner Executive and Ministerial Services manages and coordinates the development and completion of a range of Government briefing notes, correspondence, papers and initiatives, to contribute to the delivery of the Agency's external relations function that supports the Executive Leadership Team.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
Effectively and professionally liaise with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure the delivery of high-quality briefings and correspondence with adherence to strict timeframes.
Ability to triage and prioritise multiple urgent pieces of work through effective work management systems.
Communicate effectively with a small team of immediate colleagues and with all key stakeholders in a way that ensures the standards of the Executive and Ministerial unit are maintained.
