Key responsibilities include:
Leading person-centred, recovery-focused mental health services.Overseeing triage, assessment, treatment, and care coordination.Collaborating with police, ambulance, and community organisations.Ensuring team compliance with WSLHD and NSW Health KPIs.Promoting a whole-person, life-course approach to mental health care.How to ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.
Qualification: Recognised tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology.Registration in line with Award requirements: Professional full registrations with AHPRA or eligibility for membership to appropriate professional association if required.
For Clinical Psychologist, a Masters/Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with AHPRA full Registration.Selection Criteria Understanding and commitment to Recovery Oriented model of mental health care.Advanced clinical experience and knowledge in a community mental health setting and experience in health service management.Demonstrated leadership skills including implementing evidence-based planning and service evaluation relevant to the recovery-oriented case management team model of care.Demonstrated superior written, oral and interpersonal communication and time management skills.Experience in building partnership networks and working with government and nongovernment organisations.Knowledge of WSLH-MHS / NSW Health KPIs and willingness to ensure that the team meets those KPIs.Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia.Requisition ID: REQ531811Applications Close: 18th December 2024
