The role will see you drive a positive Risk Culture across the Business by using management information, data and technology to provide oversight of current and emerging Conduct and Culture Risks. The role is pivotal in leading the WPB Risk Culture Program in conjunction with entity teams, including engagement with subject matter experts and Risk Stewards to ensure compliant outcomes.Your main responsibilities will include:Maintain up to date knowledge of conduct risk requirements, industry best practice, and developments.Develop and maintain risk reports and papers on Conduct and Culture for senior executives including actionable information to create a strong risk culture.Review compliance against the Group Conduct Risk Framework and Principles.Write and present Conduct and Culture Risk assurance reports, including findings and recommendations from themed and targeted reviews.Provide support in driving the success of WPB Risk Culture initiatives more broadly, aligned with data and analytics uplift activities.Support applicable non-financial risk activities including risk assessment, root cause analysis, identification of control gaps, issues and incident management.Liase with Global and Regional Teams to drive local initiatives/working groups around Risk Culture and Conduct.
