You're the Head of Retail & OOH Sales. Reporting to an experienced General Manager of Sales & Marketing, you lead a dynamic team of 4 to drive growth in v2's retail and out-of-home channels, as it reimagines meat to sustainably feed a growing world.
You own the relationships with Woolworths and Coles, creating joint business plans that deliver growth for the core range and acquired brands, Soulara and Macros.
You shape and lead the delivery of the growth strategy for the out-of-home channel, unlocking growth opportunities in QSR, Petrol & Convenience and Foodservice, leading from the front in customer engagements.
And, every day, you acquire the experience that you can only get in a scale-up business that's achieving rapid growth.
About You You're a commercially savvy FMCG sales leader with multi-channel experience in retail and alternate channels.
You're ready for more ownership and impact, bringing a collaborative leadership style to inspire your team while driving results.
