How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Maintain and Secure AccountsDevelop good relation with accounts at all levels through regular contact and visits (more frequent to major accounts)Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical or commercial advicePromote, offer, and inform new products, service, application to bring added value to the account (liaise with BD Application)Maintain the trust level of the accounts and minimize claims when technical problems occur such as equipment breakdown, liquid shortage, late delivery, force majeure eventsPrepare correspondence related to any concerns and make sure to get legal department approval before sendingDeliver Best CX & Service LevelLead coordination with all parties to deliver best CX service level in day-to-day transactions starting from PO acknowledgment to DO confirmationProactively involve in annual voice of customers by maintaining databaseProactively follow up customer feedback through BAR+Contract ManagementMaintain customer contracts and implementation of the parties' commitments i.e.
supply volume, pricingMonitor all outstanding POs received including blanket orders to be proactively maintainedEnsure a valid contract and renew at least 1 year before expiry dateEnsure all key accounts are aligned with the contract and take actions if deviations are capturedApply contract management: price escalation, TOP, renewal, and amendment if necessaryCommunicate force majeure events and ensure accounts accept themProfitabilityPrepare canonical computation for any additional investment needed and compare with current actual canonical to ensure the additional investment brings good profitabilityAnalyze account profitability and take actions to improve by increasing the price to meet minimum profitability requirementEnsure payment terms are applied as per contract and take actions to resolve overdue payments, coordinating with legal departmentBudget ManagementDefine annual budget and update relevant information of the key account according to obtained valid informationIdentify opportunities that can be an upside and secure them with contract amendments according to allocated resourcesUnderstand the key accounts profile and immediately notice if anomalies occurReportingOptimal utilization of Sales Tools program such as BAR+, Gideons to support Sales activitiesEnsure CFD input regularly for all activities related with the accountsReport project progress, new business, issues, and project losses in weekly meetingsCompliance on HSEQ (Health Safety Quality Environment), GYM and other ProceduresCarry out all activities following standard operating procedures and HSEQFollow business process/workflow procedures (financial assessment, profitability criteria, business risk identification)Ensure GYM objectives are actively implementedAre you a MATCH?refer to pd.
