As an experienced Systems Administrator, you are not just skilled at maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, but also enthusiastic about solving challenges, learning new things, and contributing to a forward-thinking organisation.
Working closely with the IT Manager, this newly created position will ensure the ICT environment is readily available to meet the demands of the Firm through operational efficiency and efficacy.
You will manage, maintain, and optimise our IT systems and networks, together with supporting ICT documentation.
You will leverage your scripting and integration knowledge to automate regular and recurring tasks, and ride ahead of industry trends to bring new ideas to the table.
Your extensive knowledge of Microsoft and networking technologies will ensure your success in maintaining core system availability, integrity, and confidentiality to deliver robust solutions to meet the growing needs of Bentleys SA enterprise infrastructure and architecture.

You have proven experience in Systems Administration and Systems Integration, as well as:
Experienced with Microsoft operating systems (Server2019/Windows11/etc)
Scripting knowledge (Bash/ Python/ PowerShell/ SQL etc)
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and apply them practically
Ideally you will also have knowledge of:
ITIL/Agile concepts
ISM and Essential 8 or similar Information Security frameworks
Networking concepts and technologies (Cisco, FortiGate, Aruba, PaloAlto)
Storage technologies(RAID)
Backup technologies (HYCU/ Veeam)
