Job DescriptionAbout your new employerThis is an opportunity to join a friendly team in a growing organisation that prides itself on the strength of its culture and people.
While working closely with the Customer Service team the role will also see you take responsibility for the credit claims and debtors ledger.About your new jobReporting to the Credit & Claims Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Allocation of paymentsBank and debtor reconciliationsAssist with the opening of new accountsCollection calls and managing all incoming claims and queries (by email & phone)Assessing, logging and allocating claims to relevant departmentsInvestigate claims and reconcile customer accountsRaise claims to relevant accounts and make adjustmentsGeneral administrative tasksAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have exposure to the following: Previous experience in a similar position – Credit Control/Accounts Receivable with Claims experiencePrevious exposure within an FMCG industryAccuracy and attention to detailStrong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Excel and exposure with ERP systemsWhat is in it for youThis is an opportunity to join a reputable organization that has experienced recent growth.
