Job DescriptionAbout your new employer:- An established FMCG company with a strong reputation- Growing organisation- Fosters a friendly and supportive culture – a team that works closely together- Convenient Western Sydney locationAbout your new job:Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include: Managing a ledger of accountsBank reconciliationsDaily allocation of paymentsHandling customer inquiries and processing credit claimsFollowing up on outstanding/overdue invoicesOpening new accountsFocus on continuous improvement of processes and proceduresAssisting and working closely with customer serviceAd-hoc administrative tasks as requiredAbout you:You will have a background in Credit / Accounts Receivable and a passion for building relationships.Previous experience in credit control/accounts receivable - ideally in end-to-end capacityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferably a background working in a product-based environment, however not essentialIntermediate Excel skillsWhat is in it for you:This is an opportunity to work for a growing organisation and be part of a successful and supportive team.On-Site parkingGreat onboarding and trainingRole with autonomySupportive managementAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
