Job DescriptionAbout your new employer:This is an opportunity to join a friendly team in a growing organisation that prides itself on the strength of its culture and people.
While working closely with the Credit and Customer Service teams, the role will also see you take responsibility for the credit claims.About your new job:Reporting to the Credit & Claims Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing all incoming claims and queries (by email & phone)Assessing, logging, and allocating claims to relevant departmentsInvestigating claims and reconciling customer accountsHandling customer disputes and providing updates on the progress of claimsRaising claims to relevant accounts and making adjustmentsGeneral administrative tasksAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure in the following: Previous exposure in a similar position – claims administrationPrevious experience in accounts receivable / credit control or customer serviceAccuracy and attention to detailStrong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Excel and exposure to ERP systemsWhat is in it for youThis is an opportunity to join a reputable organization that has experienced recent growth.Flexible hours – work-life balance – with the ability to work from homeGreat team culture and strong company values.Supportive managementParking on-site
