About The Role
As a Business Support Officer, your role involves offering administrative support to Specialist Doctors and assisting patients and their families with all enquiries and support throughout their hospital stay.

Responsibilities include:
Receptionist and Administrative tasks Liaison with various Health Professionals and patients Maintaining schedules and accurate data entry Processing patient excesses and cash handling Liaison with Health Funds regarding patients' insurance cover Processing of confidential Patient Data Processing patient Informed Financial Consents and Estimates About You
To excel in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with strong administrative skills, a passion for customer service, and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring:
Demonstrated ability to deal courteously with people by telephone and in person.
Basic computer skills and general clerical experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to function calmly under pressure.
Understanding of and commitment to principles of confidentiality Exceptional attention to detail.
Reliable and trustworthy with a can-do attitude.
Ability to share a rotation of shifts EARLY, MID & LATE (Range between 0730 and 1730 to 1800 on occasion) Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $27.23- $31.36 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
(QLD Clerk Grade 1 Yr1 to Grade 2 Yr6)

Requirements
Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
