About the role We're on the lookout for a warm, professional and organised Senior Receptionist (2IC) to join our Myhealth general practice located at Newington.
As the right-hand person to our Practice Manager, you'll be the friendly face that many of our patients encounter first.
Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we're happy to tailor the role to fit your needs Day in the Life: Assisting Practice Manager (or lead doctors) with operational excellence Overseeing day-to-day practice operations Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments) Overseeing appointments and bookings Managing waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointment Assisting with patient and doctor queries Utilising appropriate item numbers for appointments What we're looking for: Minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience Best Practice experience preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice What you'll get from us: We provide you with comprehensive corporate support in areas like finance, payroll, marketing, recruitment, and administration - so you can focus on what truly matters: team building and clinic development. You'll have the backing of an Area Manager, who will work closely with you to monitor and improve clinic performance.
