Clinical Nurse Manager - Medical / Surgical St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital are excited to invite applications for a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our mixed Medical & Surgical Ward, in a permanent, full-time position.

You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital, and organisational-wide goals.
What makes a difference for us? Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registrationRecent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical NursingDemonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorshipAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated commitment to quality improvementPost-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practiceQualifications in people management and/or leadershipSt Andrew's War Memorial Hospital is proudly part of the UnitingCare family.
