The Opportunity: Brightwater are seeking an experienced Nurse with excellent leadership capabilities to work as a Roving Clinical Nurse Manager to cover planned and unplanned leave across all Brightwater 10x METRO locations.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), you will work in partnership with the site Service Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care to our clients, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater's Clinical Governance Framework.
CNMs provide clinical leadership and support to a team of health professionals, promoting holistic care to clients in a way that reflects Brightwater's Mission and Values.
About you: We are seeking a passionate candidate who can bring their skills and experience to our newest facility.
Our CNM positions are offered to clinical nurses, or equivalent, with a minimum of three years' experience, on a permanent full-time basis.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Three years minimum experience as a Clinical Nurse (ideally within a RAC environment) or equivalent and currently registered with the AHPRA.Excellent clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Leadership capability and initiative, including an interest in leading and supporting others.Motivation and capacity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary model.Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.The capability to liaise, consult and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build successful relationships.Knowledge of the aged care sector and standards.Exposure to recruitment practices, and an understanding of staff performance management and development processes.Availability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of clients or their families.
It is a requirement of this position to participate in an on-call roster.A NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.A satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old).Bankruptcy clearance.A WA driver's licence.If this sounds like the right role for you, Brightwater offers:
