About the Role: Juniper is growing and we are recruiting for an experienced Clinician with a demonstrated ability to lead, champion quality, and promote practice.
The ideal candidate would have the capacity to be flexible to work across a number of our Residential Sites across Western Australia.
Juniper sites are located throughout metropolitan Perth and in the Kimberley, Mid-West, Wheatbelt, and Great Southern regions, giving us one of the largest care footprints in Australia.
Whilst working at a regional or remote location you will be provided with: Paid accommodationMeal allowanceAs a Roving Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be provided ongoing support from our leadership team and be responsible for clinical leadership, coordinating resident care, and facilitating the provision of person-centred clinical care services at the site.
You will work closely with the Residential Manager, Area Manager, and Multidisciplinary team including Allied Health practitioners, to ensure all services are provided in a manner that recognises the importance of supporting residents in maintaining their quality of life and exercising their rights as individuals.
The ideal candidate must have the capacity to cover Regional and Metro sites for planned and unplanned leave. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centred careActively support and work cohesively with the clinical care and allied health teamProvide comprehensive review and oversight of residents' care needs and outcomesMonitor and minimise clinical risk and meet clinical quality KPIsIdentify changes in residents' care needs in support of appropriate AN-ACC classification and fundingIdentify and support the development and clinical capability of the clinical care teamThe Skills, Knowledge and Experience required: Current APHRA registration as a Registered NursePrevious experience leading clinical and/or care teamsComprehensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical and care practicesDemonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, aged care quality accreditation requirements, AN-ACC funding requirements and documentationValid Australian drivers licenceExperience with clinical problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused careSatisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police ClearanceWhat's on offer: SECURE Full-Time workWorking with the largest Aged Care provider in WA passionate about continuous improvement.Ability to salary package a fully maintained vehicleOngoing support in the professional development of your leadership career in a supportive team environmentStaff discounts on Health InsuranceSalary packaging of up to $18,550 p/a*Competitive remunerationHow to Apply: Don't miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role
