Our benefits offer you access to deals, support and discounts to help you unlock the important things in Life – Health, Family, Recreation and Your Future with MinResAPPLY NOW to join the MinRes Family, a Company on the MoveThe OpportunityOur MinRes Air team is seeking a Safety and Quality Manager to join our Engineering and Maintenance Operation.The Safety and Quality Manager will be responsible for the Safety and Quality Management Systems for both the Part 42 and 145.For this position, you will be located at our MinRes Air Perth terminal office and reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining the Part 42 and 145 Safety and Quality systemsResponsible for the Part 42 and 145 Audit programsComplete all documentation and reporting requirements to a high standardParticipate in MinRes Air's Safety and Maintenance standardisation meetingsRemain updated on industry trends in trainings as well as CASA regulatory changesWork closely with the Head of Safety to deliver on Safety InitiativesAct as the alternate Head of SafetyIssue certification authorisations to certifying employees on behalf of the organisationWhat is RequiredProven experience in quality management systemsFormal qualification in quality managementPrevious experience working in aviation safety management systemsExtensive knowledge of CASR Part 42/145Previous experience in developing or updating Part 42 and 145 expositionsUnderstanding of DAMP policies and procedures under CASR Part 99About Mineral ResourcesMinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy, and mining services across Western Australia.
