The Opportunity Our Min Res Air team is seeking a Safety and Quality Manager to join our Engineering and Maintenance Operation.
The Safety and Quality Manager will be responsible for the Safety and Quality Management Systems for both the Part 42 and 145.
For this position, you will be located at our Min Res Air Perth terminal office and reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities Maintaining the Part 42 and 145 Safety and Quality systems Responsible for the Part 42 and 145 Audit programs Complete all documentation and reporting requirements to a high standard Participate in Min Res Air's Safety and Maintenance standardisation meetings Remain updated on industry trends in trainings as well as CASA regulatory changes Work closely with the Head of Safety to deliver on Safety Initiatives Act as the alternate Head of Safety Issue certification authorisations to certifying employees on behalf of the organisation What is Required Proven experience in quality management systems Formal qualification in quality management Previous experience working in aviation safety management systems Extensive knowledge of CASR Part 42/145 Previous experience in developing or updating Part 42 and 145 expositions Understanding of DAMP policies and procedures under CASR Part 99 About Mineral Resources Min Res is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy, and mining services across Western Australia.

About Min Res AIR Min Res Air is the newly formed internal flights department providing air charter services from a dedicated Min Res Perth Terminal directly to our site operations, to support our Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) Operations.
Min Res Air will provide complete flight flexibility to respond to Min Res' requirements to facilitate optimum staff rosters and additional flight capacity for construction and organic growth.
Dedicated aircraft fleet, terminals, ground handling, and maintenance facilities (staged), all of which are controlled by Min Res Air and managed by Min Res to provide a complete end-to-end process.
