The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Preparation of consolidated monthly financial and management reports Conducting variance analysis and preparing insightful financial commentaries Leading the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development Partnering with key stakeholders in merchandising, operations, and marketing to drive profitability and cost management Streamlining financial processes and collaborating with the IT team to enhance systems and reporting tools Monitoring key financial metrics, KPIs, and providing performance analysis to senior management About You
CA/CPA qualified (mandatory) 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Advanced Excel skills, with a strong understanding of business intelligence tools High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interested?
