Seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Head of Manufacturing as part of their strategic growth plans, which have evolved from a position of strength and market dominance due to a highly successful existing product range.

The Role
This role has overall responsibility for development and implementation of manufacturing, engineering, warehousing and ANZ service operations strategy to meet short, medium and long-term business objectives.
The mid-term will see significant growth in manufacturing output and employee headcount, as they pivot to meet demand for their products.

Develop and coach direct and indirect teams Provide functional leadership for internal manufacturing, warehousing, manufacturing engineering and service staff Ensure devices are manufactured and serviced in accordance with time, quality, safety and cost requirements Manage the implementation of changes and new products into production Work closely with the Research & Development team, ensuring new products and design changes are implemented effectively and efficiently Drive continuous improvement, cost and process optimisation activities Skills and Experience
At least 10 years' experience in a broad-based manufacturing management role, ideally within the medical devices space.
Individuals from other highly regulated industries sectors would be welcomed, i.e.
consumer, automotive, pharma etc.
A demonstrated ability to lead teams of different levels and capabilities to build an outcomes-focused, collegiate culture Strong commercial focus and the ability to manage up to Senior Management level Experience with implementing NPI and transfer of technology Working knowledge of ERP and related business systems implementation Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Lean principles Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline Personal Attributes:
Capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving business Ability to lead through ambiguity, complexity and organisational change A seasoned people leader able to lead, coach and develop managers A high level of creativity and strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and influencing skills N.B.
