Operating Universal Cranes throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Smithbridge Guam, the group has a 60-year history of delivering innovative construction solutions.
The Group provides crane hire, transport solutions, engineering, civil and marine construction, aggregate and construction materials, ready-mix concrete, and precast concrete.
We are seeking a motivated Group IT Application Support Specialist to provide application support, administration, and business analysis across our core systems, including Oracle NetSuite and Senarc/Rapidworks Visual Dispatch.

Opportunity to work with leading-edge technology in a collaborative and supportive environment.Be part of a high-performing team, where your contributions directly impact our success.Competitive salary package and opportunities for professional development.Involvement in both domestic and international travel to support business operations as required.Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle NetSuite and Visual Dispatch applications.Perform administrative tasks for core business applications, ensuring optimal performance.Deliver training to users of Group business applications to maximise system utilisation and ensure best practices are followed.Conduct business analysis to streamline processes and improve system functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.Document and maintain application support procedures and user guides.Occasional domestic and international travel required to support operational teams.Key Requirements: Experience supporting Oracle NetSuite and/or Senarc/Rapidworks Visual Dispatch.Proficient in application administration, troubleshooting, and user support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions and excellent customer service.Business analysis experience, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as needed.If you're ready to take on this challenge and drive impactful changes within our IT and business systems, we'd love to hear from you
