Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeAs an IT Applications Specialist at Sana Health Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing the software applications that power our mental health and addiction treatment services. You will lead the management of key IT applications, user support, security, compliance, and vendor management across multiple platforms, ensuring our team can deliver world-class care to our clients.The successful candidate will be required to hold the following qualifications and/or certifications:A Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).Minimum of 5+ years of experience within an Applications Support role, supporting 3-4 enterprise systems.Experience in health administration, public health, or a related/transferable industry is a plus.Demonstrated proficiency in managing enterprise systems like HubSpot, Employment Hero, Wellify, and Risk Clear.Familiarity with workflow automation tools, such as HubSpot Workflows (or similar CRM) and Zapier.Expertise in data management, analytics, and building reports across multiple platforms.Experience with domain and DNS settings, as well as communication platforms like WildJar, CallRail, MessageMedia, and BurstSMS.The Day-to-DayThe IT Applications Specialist will hold responsibility for the following tasks, which will make up the majority of the work for the successful candidate:Implement, administer and optimise HubSpot Enterprise solutions, including CRM, integrations, and configurations.Oversee data management practices, maintaining data integrity and supporting business analytics.Design and implement workflow automation using tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to enhance efficiency and customer experiences.Manage domain registrations, DNS configurations, and call tracking platforms such as WildJar and CallRail.Integrate various communication platforms to support multi-channel marketing and sales communications.Build and interpret reports to provide actionable insights, track performance, and guide strategic decisions.What We OfferAn opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation, making a meaningful difference in the mental health and addiction care field.A collaborative and innovative work environment with a focus on continuous learning and development.Competitive benefits package.Flexibility with work location and a commitment to supporting work-life balance.The chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing healthcare organisation.Who We AreWe are Sana Health Group.
