Company: Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Sydney CBD. Account Executive What can you expect? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic Strata insurance broking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing insurance solutions, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and the requirements of the strata sector and provide tailored insurance solutions. What is in it for you? Leading training and development programBrand new agile workspaceProfessional environment where your career path really matters and is supported in our global organizationExcellent career diversification opportunitiesGreat team environment with energetic and supportive colleagues We will count on you to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure optimal coverage for clients.Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant insights. What you need to have: Tier 1 qualification2+ years insurance industry experienceKnowledge of Strata Insurance Products and Services desired but not essentialExcellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer serviceExcellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlinesFlexible and team player – develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleaguesProficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel About Marsh: Marsh is the world's leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
