Account Executive
What can you expect?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic Strata insurance broking team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing insurance solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and the requirements of the strata sector and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure optimal coverage for clients.
Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant insights.
What you need to have:
Tier 1 qualification 2+ years insurance industry experience Knowledge of Strata Insurance Products and Services desired but not essential Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines Flexible and team player – develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel About Marsh:
