The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an analytical, proactive and agile Analyst to join the Dexus Retail Property Finance team as Senior Finance Analyst.
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager - Performance and Insights, you will be involved in the preparation of asset plans for the Retail portfolio to drive strategic decision making within the Real Estate business.
You will make an impact by:
Conducting thorough financial analysis to drive stakeholder decision makingBuilding and maintaining 10-year cash flow and internal valuation models to analyse and report on key investment metrics at an asset and portfolio levelEstablishing and driving strong stakeholder engagement across Asset teams, agents and other internal/external stakeholdersAssessing impacts of large capital projects on financial returns and valuation to support strategic asset plans About You To thrive and succeed in this role, you will be a dynamic, curious and driven finance professional with a highly analytical mindset and a background in real estate, property or property valuation.
You will demonstrate the ability to draw key insights, understanding impact of current year into forecasts and how they drive commercial outcomes.
Alongside exceptional communication skills, you will effectively engage key stakeholders and proactively partner with them in providing value-add insights.
Prior experience using Yardi, Forecast Manager and TM1 will be highly advantageous.
