LD Total is a multi-award winning landscaping company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages.
We are a national, privately owned company located in Perth, South-West of Perth, Melbourne, Queensland, and Adelaide.
We are currently looking for a qualified/experienced Construction Estimator to join our team based in our Burswood Head Office.
This role is offered on a full-time basis and is available for an immediate start.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need: Diploma of Building and Construction/Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens/Landscape Construction A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role Duties: Preparation of tender documents Review and Assessment Measurement and quantification of drawings Document control Pricing for tenders Communication of accurate and current tender information Analysis and negotiation of pricing Use of spreadsheets Tender submission Relationship management with external stakeholders through open communication and ethical work practices Creative and original thought practices for competitiveness Skills required include: Project management experience Subcontractor procurement and negotiating High level of client liaison and customer service experience Sound computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook LD Total can offer you: Attractive salary package Fast paced work and challenging projects in a vibrant and energetic team Family values with a focus on work/life balance Support and Training Employee Assistance Program The successful applicant will be offered a remuneration of $73,150.
