Part-Time Property Manager

We are a specialist property management agency with a solid reputation in delivering exceptional service.
With a median-sized rental roll, we focus on providing a high-touch, tailored approach to property management.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Part-Time Property Manager to join our dynamic team and work under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities:Tenant Liaison: Communicating with tenants to address queries, concerns, and maintain strong relationships.Open Home Inspections: Conducting property inspections and ensuring prospective tenants are shown around.Tenant Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new tenants, including lease agreements and move-in procedures.Maintenance Coordination: Liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.Entry Condition Reports: Conducting thorough entry condition reports and documenting property conditions.General Administration: Providing administrative support to the team, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and record-keeping.About You:Passion for property management and a strong customer service orientation.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Clear communicator, able to work well both independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants, landlords, and contractors.Highly organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.A valid driver's license (car allowance provided).Benefits:Competitive salary of $50,000 per annum plus superannuation.Car Allowance: To cover the use of your vehicle for work-related tasks.Part-Time Flexibility: A family-friendly position with 3 days per week.Work in a supportive, close-knit team under the mentorship of a Senior Property Manager.Job Type:Part-time
