South Brisbane portfolio requiring minimal travel Dynamic team environment that promotes collaboration & professional development Monday to Friday role with WFH Flexibility We are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio primarily situated in Brisbane South Side.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, collaborating closely with another Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Utilise Property Tree CRM to maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including tenancy agreements and rental regulations Conduct thorough entry and exit inspections, providing detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
Manage the outsourcing of routine inspections and reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
100 Properties within the portfolio Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Requirements: Proficient in the use of Property Tree CRM or similar property management software Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse investors Benefits: Competitive salary package up to $80,000 + Super Flexible work-from-home arrangement, with up to 2 days per week remote work Work alongside one other Property Manager Portfolio consists of approximately 90% of properties located in Salisbury and 10% in surrounding suburbs Opportunity for professional development and career growth within a dynamic and supportive organisation To apply: Sami Chambers ****** 0422 589 364 All applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
