As a property manager, you are the bread and butter of our organisation; therefore, caring for you whilst you care for our tenants and owners is our priority.

A Day In the Life Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking, and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio based property management (230+ properties)Liaise with owners and tenantsConduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspectionsOrganise repairs and maintenance work ordersMinimise and maintain rental arrearsThe Good Stuff With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided, and given the opportunity to succeed.
We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders, alongside a weekly refresher training from our Operational Excellence team.
