Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experienceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, both internally and with external stakeholders.Experience and knowledge of Microsoft products and any other IT products applicable to the role.Experience with the following or similar computer programs:Accounting: Quick BooksJob Management: Aroflo.
(Used for quoting, timesheets, material inventory, invoicing etc)Task Management: Monday.comCompany reporting: Microsoft ExcelNice to Have:Job Management SoftwareCRM SoftwareData Entry ExperienceManufacturing Industry ExperienceWhat will you do?Finance & AdministrationAccounts Payable.Entering & Updating Job information using workflow Job management software eg Labour hours and Materials.Assist with the management of Payroll process including payslips & leave accrual.Maintain high ethical standards and procedures of financial management.Ensure all reporting obligations are met.Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements by set deadlines.Respond to inquiries from Project Manager's or Clients in relation to contract administration.Human ResourcesProvide general support to the human resources functions and practices to ensure compliance with current legislation, policies and guidelines.Governance, Compliance and AuditAssist with the development and implementation of corporate policy and procedures to ensure legal compliance.Maintain accurate financial and legal records in accordance with legislation.Operate as an active member of the organisations office team and positively contribute to a growing and responsible organisation.Demonstrate a broad, informed view which takes into account the interest of the whole organisation.Asset & Resource ManagementArchiving of previous financial year documents (Invoices, Timesheets).Manage the requirements and effective operation of the organisations operating systems and equipment, including IT and telecommunications.ReportingManage, collate and present reports as required.Ensure processes and systems are in place with respect to data collection to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.Support staff to record client service data appropriately and timely.Prepare reports for funding bodies and other external stakeholders as required.Identification, documentation and implementation of continuous quality improvement practices and outcomes.Identify opportunities to standardise and improve organisational systems and procedures and work toward the future requirements of the organisation.Join the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks:Home-basedMedical, Dental Coverage and Life insurance from day 1 of employmentPaid Vacation and Sick Leave (with Quarterly Sick Leave Conversion)Competitive salary package and annual appraisalFinancial Assistance ProgramMandatory Government Benefits and 13th Month PayRegular Company Events, Work Life Balance, and Career growth opportunitiesConnectOS is certified as a Great Place to Work and is a top-rated Philippines employer of choice.Our client delivers tailored fabrication solutions for businesses across Australia.
