The Mile End Tavern is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join the management team.
As the Retail Manager, you will ensure that customer service is second to none and that the store is presented to the highest standard.
You must be responsible and proactive in your work practices and a true team player.
This role is a key support for the Venue Manager.
We are offering: Competitive Salary $74,000 - $76,000 + Plus SuperannuationKPI bonus $10,000Career development and progression programsComplimentary mealsWork-life balanceOngoing Training & ProgressionResponsibilities: Build positive relationships with suppliersDrive sales and meet KPI'sStrong product knowledge across Beer, Spirits & WineHandling all Hotel and Bottleshop ordering, deliveries and stock managementHave a friendly and approachable mannerLead & coach your teamMust be able to work autonomouslyEnsure work health & safety of yourself and your team, identify hazards and implement control measuresWork with the Venue Manager to cross-train team membersConfident in visual merchandising, creating stock displays and promotionsWe value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
