Team Leader - The Orange Door Croydon Location | Full-Time or 0.8 EFT | ASAP Start Tradewind Australia, a leading community services recruitment agency, is supporting the recruitment for an Aboriginal Identified Team Leader to join the Outer Eastern Metropolitan Area (OEMA) Orange Door team.
In this role, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary practitioners to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective responses to individuals and families seeking support.
What's On Offer Salary: SCHADS Level 6 ( $106k-$111k + super + salary packaging) Full-time hours (open to 0.8 EFT for the right candidate) Start Date: ASAP What We're Looking For Identified role : Applicants must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Experience as a caseworker in either family violence or child well-being sectors Leadership experience in acting positions or senior practitioner roles The capacity to ensure compliance with Recommendation 209 What You'll Do Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered services Ensure safe, effective, and culturally informed practices are upheld Provide leadership, guidance, and decision-making support This is a meaningful opportunity to lead in the family violence and child well-being space while making a significant impact within the Aboriginal community.
