Experienced Orange Door Practitioners - WFH Opportunity
We're seeking skilled Orange Door Practitioners to join a dynamic team providing critical support to individuals and families.
Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time, contacts starting from 1 month duration Work Flexibility: Fully WFH opportunity Hourly Rate: $61-$64 per hour + super What We're Looking For Minimum 6 months experience working at The Orange Door (mandatory) - applications without this experience will not be considered Expertise in family violence, child well-being, or working with Persons Using Violence (PUV) Strong knowledge of The Orange Door Framework Ability to deliver comprehensive assessments, safety planning, and referrals What You'll Do Provide intake and triage services to families in need Deliver culturally informed, client-centered interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and wellbeing Why work with Tradewind?
