Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.This role will lead a team of experts to define, manage and deliver a prioritised propositions roadmap and end-to-end programs of work that delights clients and drives revenue across Australia and NZ. Provide mentorship and guidance to Channel Managers to drive their professional growth.Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all marketing programs, working closely with the Marketing Activation & Comms teams for execution. Ensure all initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives and meet defined success metrics.Insight-Led Proposition Development: Partner with the Research and Insights team to leverage data and market intelligence in crafting compelling propositions.
