Our Outside School Hours Care service, Aubin Grove OSHClub, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 30 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. Manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration. Who are we looking for? Enjoy working with kids. Strong and clear communication. Team player with a desire to become a service leader. Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it)
