Job DetailsAs a Customer Support Manager, you will be at the core of our customer interactions, ensuring their needs are effectively communicated to our internal team.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide personalised support and solutions that align with their goals.
Your role will involve facilitating clear communication between customers and our team, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
You'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
What We ExpectWe're seeking a proactive communicator who excels at building strong relationships with customers.
You should have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries, and the capability to relay customer feedback and requirements clearly to our team.
Experience in a similar customer support role is essential, as is a solid understanding of our technology offerings.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and skilled at identifying and addressing customer issues before they escalate.
Success in this role will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention rates, and your ability to foster collaborative partnerships both with customers and internally.
