We see it as our responsibility to take ownership and drive outcomes, ensuring we make a contribution to taking the organisation forward.The Centre of Financial Excellence (COFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group. On a day-to-day basis, our Financial Control Teams, working in a centralised Finance function, support the various Finance Business Partner Teams and the business to drive effective decision-making.As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for month-end close, assisting with forecasting and reporting, analysis and advice on all financial aspects across the Workforce portfolio.You'll have –Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA qualified)Experience in a financial accounting role, with 5+ years' experienceStrong communication skills with stakeholders at all levelsStrong attention to detail, working with large volumes of, often complex, dataMotivated self-starter with questioning mind/ analytical skillsAble to provide value-add analysis and adviceAble to work under time pressure and reprioritise when requiredHigh level of accountability and resilienceWhy Qantas?You'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
