Our client, a global leader in specialty pharmaceuticals, is seeking a National Sales Manager to join the team.
This is a key leadership role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the growth and success of a women's health portfolio within Australia.
As the National Sales Manager , you will lead, inspire, and manage a national specialty sales team, driving sales performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand market share, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that products reach patients who need them most.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing national sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans in alignment with company objectives, ensuring effective market penetration and customer engagement.
Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, institutions, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a National / Regional Sales Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in women's health or similar is highly desirable.
Strong track record of driving sales performance and team success at a national level.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans, with a focus on long-term business growth.
