On behalf of a leading international freight forwarding company, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing exceptional service in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
About the Role As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing communications via phone and email.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to go beyond your defined responsibilities to support the company's overall operations.
Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing updates and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Problem Solving: Act as a trusted liaison to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Team Support: Collaborate with internal departments and adapt to assist in areas outside your primary role to meet the company's goals.
Documentation: Accurately maintain records of client interactions, shipments, and follow-up actions in the company's system.
