About the role
On offer is a Customer Service Operator position within a supporting and fantastic team in the Federal Government. This customer service role will see you liaising with customers through inbound and outbound calls to provide support and assistance.
Pay Rates $46.43 per hour + superannuation
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
Hybrid work arrangements once fully trained
Responsibilities:
Responding to client enquiries via phone
Analysing and interpreting information
Inbound and Outbound calls to gather information and answer queries
Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
Administration and reporting duties
Achieve positive outcomes for customers
About you:
Contact centre and/or customer service experience
Data entry skills - ability to quickly and accurately enter data into the system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Although phone based experience will be beneficial, we also welcome applicants with customer service skills that can be transferable. We are ideally looking for team-focused, committed candidates with a passion for providing excellent customer service
Please note: For Federal Government opportunities, all potential candidates must be Australian Citizens and have a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months
