Update your details, view your application and progress >> LoginJob searche.g. "Administrator, Melbourne"Refine searchRegionAustralia 1LocationAustraliaQueensland 1CategoryFinance & Strategy 1 Work typeFull time 1BrandGlobal Finance Senior Analyst - South Brisbane, QLDApply now Refer a friend Job no: 524232Brand: Finance, Procurement, Legal, PrivacyWork type: Full timeLocation: QueenslandCategories: Finance & StrategyThe role will also involve supporting various Group transformation projects, contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.Your Responsibilities:Support FCTG's M&A strategy through target identificationCoordinate the deal team, financial due diligence and post-acquisition monitoringComplete strategic market and comparable company benchmarking research, analysis and planningFocus on creating a transparent view of the current and future liquidity position of the FCTG and individual businesses and countriesSupport Group transformation projectsCommercial support involving market research, financial analysis of new initiatives or review of existing businesses to provide insights into key business drivers and identify opportunities to improveDeveloping business cases for new and existing opportunities capitalising on current competitive advantagesAssist in financial due diligence for acquisition opportunities considered by FCTG, liaising closely with operational sponsor, external advisors and FCTG Global Expert TeamsAssisting in the preparation of finance due diligence reports and acquisition board papersRegular review of the Group forecast using three way forecast model with updates to the FCTG BoardSupporting the delivery of Group transformation initiatives including project management, business case development and reporting to key stakeholdersWho you are:We are seeking a candidate with at least 5+ years' experience post qualificationAbility to work on Financial modelling and adapt financial information to meet users' needsBachelor or tertiary level certificationCA/CPA preferredTransaction services and/or valuations experience would be highly regardedKnowledge of travel industry and Flight Centre business would be beneficialCulture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry.
