The Role An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join a team working in the urban development space.
This full-time role allows you to work on impactful projects that shape communities and contribute to innovative solutions in urban infrastructure.
You will have an opportunity to attend industry events and network with professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of urban infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
Manage project planning, cost estimation, feasibility studies, and engineering reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external authorities to ensure project success.
Oversee a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations.
Key Criteria Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 8+ years of experience, including exposure to urban development projects.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
RPEQ certification (or working towards it) preferred.
Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects within budget and deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused mindset.
