Apex Radiology is one of the leading providers of diagnostic imaging services in Western Australia located in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Perth and Mandurah and is part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) one of the largest radiology providers in Australia and New Zealand.As a leading provider of quality diagnostic imaging services through its highly skilled medical professionals and investment in its technology platforms with an established a strong reputation for quality, excellence, and innovation we support both locally and WACHs through onsite and tele reporting.ABOUT THE ROLE We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our Business Development Team based in the South of Perth Region.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Growth of referral base and engagement with local healthcare providers, including Doctors and Allied Health Professionals Relationship development and management of key stakeholders.Increasing general brand awareness of Apex Radiology.Collaboration and business management with internal stakeholders.Management of client database.ABOUT YOU Proven sales experience with an aptitude for business growth and delivery of services You are a confident presenter with a passion for delivery of education to promote services and their application - experience in cold calling and the ability to engage effectively and influence referrer groups While you enjoy working autonomously, you are active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.Flexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunities Engaging professionally to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other sales events as required Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported.An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential.CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs is an advantage Current Drivers Licence essential as this role is field based Territory management, sales and networking skills are essential FOR YOU KPI Incentives with laptop and mobile provided Discounted imaging services for employees and your families Collaborative and supportive culture Social events - Community minded and team spirited environment Paid parental leave, discounted health insurance Staff recognition programs and awards Supportive management that will want you to succeed Be part of ASX listed national company to deliver on a local level EAP Employee Referral Program Interested?Simply visit page/join-us/current-vacancies/ to update your interest in this role via our candidate portal.Not already registered?Please submit your resume by selecting "Apply" or contact Emily York - Talent Acquisition Coordinator for further information.Please note: Police check and proof of covid vaccination will be required for successful applicants.We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians with relevant skills and experience to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
