Crucial role leading the development of tenders and proposalsWork on a variety of projects in multiple industriesCoordinate high-quality responses for Market Soundings, Expression of Interest, and Requests for Tenders for Defence and other Government entities.Work within a collaborative team where you have autonomy and a flexible work environment. We are a team who works together to produce the best possible results for the business.THE ROLELead the development of compelling proposals and presentations within an agreed framework and formulate appropriate responses in a set timeframe.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.Create Executive Summaries and provide input to kick-off and strategy meetings.Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content.Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations.Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and information for proposal development.Assist with the maintenance of data and bid library.Review and update CVs, Case Studies, and Capability Statements.ABOUT YOUDemonstrated experience in successful tender/bid preparation.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence required outcomes.Ability to write and proofread non-technical content.Graphic design skill (desirable).Planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with the ability to embrace new software and technologies.Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes.THE BENEFITSOngoing rewards & recognition programs.Access to everyday discounts from Australia's leading retailers with Flare.Paid parental leave.Employee referral programs up to $2000.Salary sacrifice options.Employee Assistance Program.Novated lease options.First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers.Discounted health and wellbeing services.Please submit your resume today, and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
