THE ROLE Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations within an agreed framework and formulate appropriate responses in a set timeframeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissionsCreate Executive Summaries and provide input to kick-off and strategy meetingsWork closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful contentEnsure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies and industry regulationsConduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and information for proposal developmentAssist with the maintenance of data and bid libraryReview and update CV's, Case Studies, and Capability StatementsABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in successful tender/bid preparationWell-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence required outcomesAbility to write and proofread non-technical contentGraphic design skills (desirable)Planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Office Suite including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with the ability to embrace new software and technologiesFlexibility, able to adapt to changes in the businessFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processesTHE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programsAccess to everyday discounts from Australia's leading retailers with FlarePaid parental leaveEmployee referral programs up to $2000Salary sacrifice optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramNovated lease optionsFirst Aid and Mental First Aid Support OfficersDiscounted health and wellbeing servicesPlease submit your resume today, and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with the next steps.
