About Role As a Creative Post Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional video content that embodies Centr's brand and creative vision.
Bridging the gap between creativity and operations, you'll oversee post-production workflows and mentor a talented team of editors.
You'll also be hands-on with editing, contributing directly to the quality of our deliverables.
This is your chance to lead the charge in refining how Centr tells its story to the world, whether through inspiring fitness journeys, engaging marketing campaigns, or innovative product experiences.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Producer to ensure all video content meets Centr's brand standards.Provide editorial feedback, brainstorm creative ideas, and workshop solutions with editors to enhance storytelling and visual impact.Set creative benchmarks by editing select projects to elevate deliverables and align the team's output with brand goals.Project Management Align post-production schedules with team priorities by coordinating with the Line Producer and Senior Producer.Oversee project tracking systems, ensuring visibility and clarity for all deliverables.Delegate tasks effectively across in-house and freelance editors while managing competing priorities.Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to update stakeholders and address challenges.Mentor and develop a team of editors, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.Act as the bridge between editors and other Creative Services team members to ensure alignment and collaboration.Technical Oversight Provide high-level oversight of post-production tools and workflows, supporting technical lead editors.Support media asset management systems and ensure workflows are optimised for efficiency and scalability.Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary contact for post-production requests from marketing, content, and social teams.Manage expectations by providing clear updates on timelines, priorities, and challenges.Address bottlenecks proactively to ensure timely delivery of all projects.Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in post-production, with expertise in creative content development.Strong project management skills, particularly for multi-channel deliverables.Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and managing teams.Advanced knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and media management systems (e.g., NAS, Wasabi, Frame.io).Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.A passion for health, fitness, and storytelling is a bonusThere are so many reasons to join the Centr team, but here are just a few:
