Talent Development Coordinator

The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our Talent Development team.
This role will support the Talent Development team and the Veolia ANZ (VANZ) organisation by ensuring best practice and consistent business processes are implemented and maintained, providing advice and support for end-to-end Talent Development activities and HR practices, excellent project management skills, and a passion for people development.What's on offer3 days in office / 2 days from homeEmployee share plan, Fitness Passport and other employment benefitsGreat team environment and opportunity to be part of a bigger purpose in ecological transformationWhat you'll be responsible forManage Talent Hub administration and reporting through annual people campaignsCoordinate logistics for learning initiatives, including L&D Calendar administrationDevelop training content and instructional design to support the Talent Development teamProvide support for employee listening approaches rollout and reportingEnsure accurate and timely reporting to facilitate decision-makingWhat you'll need to be successfulTertiary or Vocational qualification in HR, Organisational Development / Psychology, or Adult LearningProficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systemsExperience in developing learning content and e-learning coursesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional customer serviceVeolia's AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
